由緒は個人事業として運営しています。法定氏名と事業者住所は、取引の意思決定前に確認できるよう、請求があった場合に遅滞なく提供します。詳しくは特定商取引法に基づく表記をご覧ください。

お問い合わせで受け取る情報

お問い合わせでは、お名前、メールアドレスまたはLINE ID、ご希望の言語、選んだ内容、見積りに関する情報、任意のメッセージなどを受け取ります。

送信時には、プライバシーポリシーへの同意と受信日時も記録します。通常のお問い合わせ段階では、制作対象の詳しい情報は求めません。

標準注文で受け取る情報

標準注文では、ご注文者のお名前、メールアドレス、ページに表示するお名前・題材、ライフステージ、選択したプランと追加内容、金額、規約への同意状況などを受け取ります。

注文途中の下書きの一部は、同じブラウザ内の sessionStorage に一時保存します。広告目的には利用しません。

制作のために受け取る情報

注文後は、制作に必要な範囲で、記録の対象となる方やご家族のお名前、生年月日、出生時の記録、名前の由来、いまの人生、写真、音声や動画の記録、思い出、手紙、希望する公開範囲などを受け取ることがあります。Beginningでは幼い日の記録が中心になり、LifeやLegacyではいまやこれまでの人生が中心になります。

写真、音声、動画は、お預かりしたときに撮影日時、位置情報、機種などの付随情報を取り除いてから保管します。取り除けない形式はお預かりしません。

ご家族から提供された情報だけを使います。第三者が写る写真や第三者についての情報は、提供する権限があるものだけをお送りください。

制作パートナーへの応募で受け取る情報

制作パートナーへの応募では、お名前、屋号や法人名、メールアドレス、活動地域、できる仕事、作品のURL、機材、保険の加入状況、任意のメッセージを受け取ります。住所、生年月日、身分証、口座情報は応募の段階ではお預かりしません。

選考の判断と、その後のご連絡にのみ使います。採用に至らなかった応募は、原則として12か月以内に削除します。削除のご依頼はいつでも受け付けます。

利用目的

受け取った情報は、次の目的に必要な範囲で使います。

• お問い合わせへの返信、見積り、注文確認
• 決済、返金、不正利用防止、注文管理
• ページや記念品の制作、確認、納品、サポート
• 非公開ページやオーナー画面の安全な提供
• 法令、会計、税務、紛争対応などに必要な記録管理

個人情報を販売しません。広告目的の追跡や第三者の広告解析は行いません。

決済について

オンライン決済を開始した場合は、Stripe Checkoutを利用します。カード番号やセキュリティコードはStripeの画面に直接入力され、由緒のD1データベースには完全なカード番号やセキュリティコードを保存しません。

由緒は、注文者名、メールアドレス、決済金額、注文を識別する情報をStripeへ送信し、Stripeから決済セッションID、支払状況、金額などの情報を受け取ります。

電話サポートについて

電話窓口にはIVRyを利用します。本人確認と受付検証が完了するまでは、電話番号を一般のお客様窓口として案内していません。電話窓口を利用する場合、発信者番号、通話で伝えたお名前、折り返し先、問い合わせ内容などを受け取ることがあります。

IVRyの機能により、対応記録と品質確認のため通話が録音され、文字起こしや要約が作成されます。電話を使いたくない場合は、hello@yuisho.appをご利用ください。

利用する外部サービス

• Cloudflare: ウェブサイト、Worker、D1データベース、セキュリティ、メールルーティング・運営者向けメール処理
• Google（Gmail）: 現在のメールルーティングで、お問い合わせ・業務メールを受信・保管するメールボックス
• Stripe: オンライン決済を有効にした場合の決済、不正利用防止、返金・支払状況の管理
• Brevo: トランザクションメール機能を有効にした場合のお客様向けメール送信
• IVRy: 050番号、AI電話受付、通話録音、文字起こし、要約

国外での取扱い

上記の外部サービスには海外の事業者や海外拠点を含むものがあり、個人データが日本国外で取り扱われることがあります。実際の取扱国や再委託先は、各サービスの契約、設定、インフラ構成により変わることがあります。

由緒は、外国にある委託先を利用する場合、個人情報保護法と個人情報保護委員会のガイドラインに沿って、必要な情報提供、同意、委託先の確認その他の対応を行います。

IPアドレスとセキュリティ

迷惑な送信や不正アクセスを防ぐ回数制限では、IPアドレスそのものをD1に保存せず、ソルトを付したハッシュを短時間だけ利用します。

非公開ページやオーナー画面では、必要なCookie、署名付きセッション、アクセス制御、回数制限などを利用します。これらはログインや安全な閲覧のためのもので、広告追跡には使いません。

ページの公開範囲

できあがったページの公開範囲は、ご家族が選びます。

• 公開: 共有でき、検索結果に載ることがあります。
• 限定公開: 検索に出すことはしていませんが、URLを知る人は開けます。強いアクセス制御ではありません。
• 非公開: 合言葉や一時リンクなどで、見る人を限ります。

保管期間と削除

注文に至らなかったお問い合わせは、原則として12か月以内に削除します。制作データや家族ページの情報は、納品、サポート、契約上必要な期間に限って保持し、不要になった情報は削除します。

削除の依頼には対応します。ただし、取引、決済、返金、会計、税務、不正利用防止、法令上の義務、紛争対応のため保存が必要な記録は、その必要期間中は削除できないことがあります。

開示・訂正・削除などのご依頼

ご自身の情報について、確認、訂正、削除、利用停止その他のご相談がある場合は、hello@yuisho.appまでご連絡ください。本人確認が必要な場合があります。

Operator and contact

Yuisho is operated as a sole proprietorship. The operator's legal name and business address are provided without delay on request, with enough time to review them before deciding to order. See the commercial disclosure.

Inquiry information

For inquiries, we may receive the parent's name, email address or LINE ID, preferred language, selected options, quote-related information, and an optional message. We also record consent to this notice and the time the inquiry was received.

Standard order information

For a standard order, we receive the customer's name and email, the name or subject for the page, life stage, selected plan and add-ons, price, and acceptance of the order terms.

Part of an in-progress order draft is temporarily stored in sessionStorage in the same browser. It is not used for advertising.

Information used to create the work

After an order, we may receive names, dates, origin stories, present-life material, photographs, memories, letters, and privacy choices for the person whose record is being made and their family, but only to the extent needed to create and deliver the work. Beginning work centres on early-life material; Life and Legacy centre on the present or a life already lived.

Please only provide photographs or information about other people when you have the right to provide them.

How we use information

• Replying to inquiries, preparing quotes, and confirming orders
• Payments, refunds, fraud prevention, and order administration
• Creating, reviewing, delivering, and supporting pages and keepsakes
• Protecting private pages and owner workspaces
• Maintaining records required for legal, accounting, tax, or dispute purposes

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or advertising analytics.

Payments

When online payment is enabled, we use Stripe Checkout. Card numbers and security codes are entered directly on Stripe's page. Yuisho does not store the full card number or card security code in its D1 database.

We send Stripe the customer name, email, amount, and order identifiers. Stripe returns payment-related information such as a Checkout Session ID, payment status, and amount.

Telephone support

Yuisho uses IVRy for telephone support. Until identity verification and call-flow verification are complete, the telephone number is not presented as a general customer-support channel. When telephone support is used, a call may provide the caller's phone number, name, callback details, and inquiry content.

Calls are recorded through IVRy and may be transcribed and summarized for response records and quality review. If you do not want to use the telephone channel, contact hello@yuisho.app.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: website delivery, Workers, D1 database, security, email routing, and operator email processing
• Google (Gmail): the current mailbox receiving and storing inquiry and business email after routing
• Stripe: online payments, fraud prevention, refunds, and payment status when online payment is enabled
• Brevo: transactional customer email delivery when that feature is enabled
• IVRy: the 050 support number, AI call handling, call recording, transcription, and summaries

Processing outside Japan

Some service providers or their infrastructure are located outside Japan, so personal data may be processed outside Japan. The countries and subprocessors involved can change with provider contracts, settings, and infrastructure.

Where a foreign service provider handles personal data, Yuisho follows the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and guidance from Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission, including any required notice, consent, and provider review.

IP addresses and security

For short-term rate limiting against spam and abuse, Yuisho does not store the raw IP address in D1. A salted hash is used for a short period.

Private pages and owner workspaces use necessary cookies, signed sessions, access controls, and rate limits. These are used for security and access, not advertising tracking.

Who can see a family page

• Public: shareable and may appear in search results.
• Unlisted: not promoted for search indexing, but anyone with the URL can open it. This is not strong access control.
• Private: access is limited with a family word, temporary link, or similar control.

Retention and deletion

Inquiries that do not become orders are normally deleted within 12 months. Production and family-page information is kept only as long as needed for delivery, support, and the service relationship, then deleted when no longer needed.

We respond to deletion requests. Some transaction, payment, refund, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or dispute records may need to be retained for the period required for those purposes.

Access, correction, deletion, and questions
