由緒（yuisho.app）は、お子さまの名前と物語を、ご家族のためのウェブページにしています。どの情報を受け取り、何に使い、どこに保管するかを、ここに書きます。掲載日は2026年9月22日です。
お問い合わせでうかがうこと
お問い合わせフォームで受け取るのは、次だけです。
- 保護者のお名前
- メールアドレス、LINE ID、またはその両方
- ご希望の言語
- 気に入ったテンプレート
- お見積りの概要
- 任意のメッセージ
フォームの送信時に、プライバシーの説明へ同意したことと、受け取った日時も記録します。
お子さまについての情報は、この段階では受け取りません。
ご注文のあと
ご注文のあと、ページを作るために、お子さまの情報や写真を受け取ります。受け取るのは、ご家族が提供したものだけです。
利用目的
いただいた情報は、次だけに使います。
- お問い合わせへの返信
- お見積りの準備
- 注文されたページの制作と納品
情報を売ることはありません。広告のための追跡はしません。第三者のアクセス解析も使いません。
保管場所（国外）
お預かりした情報は、Cloudflare, Inc.（アメリカ合衆国）のサーバー（Workers、D1データベース、R2ストレージ）に保存します。
個人情報の保護に関する法律第28条に関して、次の点をお知らせします。
- 保管する国は、アメリカ合衆国です。
- アメリカ合衆国には、個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な連邦プライバシー法はありません。
- Cloudflare社は、自社のプライバシー保護措置を公表しています。
公表内容は、Cloudflareのプライバシーポリシーで読めます。
IPアドレス
迷惑な送信を防ぐ回数制限のため、IPアドレスそのものは保存しません。ソルトを付したハッシュのみを、最大10分間保持します。
ページの公開範囲
できあがったページを、公開、限定公開、非公開のどれにするかは、ご家族が選びます。
- 公開: 共有でき、検索結果に載ることがあります。
- 限定公開: 検索に出すことはしていません。アドレスを知っていれば開けます。限定公開だけでは、強い保護にはなりません。
- 非公開: パスワードなどで、見る人を限った状態にします。
保管期間とご連絡
ご注文に至らなかったお問い合わせは、12か月以内に削除します。削除はいつでも依頼できます。ご注文後にお預かりした情報も、依頼があれば削除します。

Who operates Yuisho
Yuisho is operated by an individual sole proprietor, 【運営者氏名】. The trade name is 由緒.
If you ask, we will disclose the address and the phone number without delay.

What the inquiry form collects
The inquiry form collects only the following:
- The parent's name
- An email address, a LINE ID, or both
- Preferred language
- The template you liked
- A summary of the quote
- An optional note
When you send the form, we also record that you agreed to the privacy notice, and the time we received the inquiry.
We do not collect anything about the child at this stage.
After you order
After an order, we collect child details and photos so we can make the page. We collect only what the family provides.
Why we use it
We use the information only for the following:
- To reply to inquiries
- To prepare quotes
- To produce and deliver pages that were ordered
We do not sell personal information. We do not track people for advertising. We do not use analytics from other companies.
Where it is stored
We store this information on servers of Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States (Workers, the D1 database, and R2 storage).
For Article 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we tell you the following about this storage outside Japan:
- The country is the United States.
- The United States has no comprehensive federal privacy law equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
- Cloudflare publishes its own privacy measures.
Those measures are in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
IP addresses
For spam rate limiting, we do not store the raw IP address. We keep a salted hash of it for up to 10 minutes.
Who can see the page
The family chooses whether the finished page is public, unlisted, or private.
- Public: the page can be shared, and it may appear in search results.
- Unlisted: we do not promote it for search indexing. Anyone who has the address can open it. Unlisted is not strong protection by itself.
- Private: access is limited, for example with a password.
How long we keep it, and how to reach us
Inquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. That includes information we received after an order.
